I have 2000 Tundra. It has the stock Cassette/CD player but the amplifier is missing. I have purchased a replacement but don't know how to install it. Hoping to find the instructions online somehwere (how to get access, etc).

Thanks! o you have the page describing how to remove the heater assembly? (the page you sent refers to it as it apparently needs removal too).
