For the last few months the drivers side seatbelt reminder blinks even when I have my seatbelt on and buckled. It seems to be in the reciver part of the seatbelt ... if you move around where it is latched the light goes off. I may try cleaning the inside of the receiver and see if this will help. Don't want to disconnect the reminder under the seat because I believe the in ignition key beep will also be disabled. Anyone else have this? Just something simple.

Thanks

Sounds like a loose connection. I would disconnect the battery(just negative side) and take the seat belt connections off to inspect/clean/and put back on. It may help. I recently noticed my passenger side blinks when my 20lb beagle puppy sleeps on the seat. the sensor in the seat must be sensitive!
