hey fellas, just installed an Undercover tonneau today and was wondering if any of you guys have any long term concerns/issues with rubbing on the side of the truck...also how rain/snowproof is this cover?

This is one of those times when you need Geometry. See your teacher was right. Measure from a fixed point on the bed to the edge of the bracket then measure the other side if their not the same then you have to adjust. If I remember correctly the bracket edge needs to be 17" from the front of the bed. Look on the Undercover web page for install instructions if you don't have them.
