I just had to post this here... sorry, I know this doesn't amount to much for most on here, but the Hankooks have arrived!! Wow, they are a LOT better looking in person than in the pictures. Also, the Bilstein 5100s, diff drop and 1.5" rear blocks all arrived today as well!! I can't WAIT to get this all done! I got another 1:15 of work though... focus!

Thanks guys! I've got an appointment for this Friday (couldn't find anything earlier) at the dealership of all places... they actually quoted me the lowest on the mounting/install/balancing of the tires. I need to get a quote from them on the lift or do it myself... still undecided on that one... (alignment price was also good from the dealership).

I got the DynaPro ATM RF10s in a LT305/55r20 size (I think about 33.2 inches or so). They look awesome and definitely "feel" like an E-rated tire... can't wait to get them on the truck!

A dealership with the lowest price? Surprising but that's great that they can do that and gives you a little peace of mind. Congrats on the mods, look forward to seeing pics.

Well, for those of you that wanted pics, here are a few I quickly snapped this morning in the garage. The first is an image of the tires, the second is of the 4, 5100 Bilsteins, 1.5" blocks, and diff drop (all still wrapped and in their boxes), and both the second and third show the rims. Though two of the boxes say "TRD" all four of the rims are the Alcoas...

Well shoot... had to change my Friday appointment (tomorrow) to this coming Wednesday!! Aaaaarrrrggghhh!!!! I would like to get this done and over with!! Want the new ride!! Well, I'll just have to exercise some patience on this one I guess.
The unfortunate news is that the dealership won't install the lift... I was just told that they don't install after-market parts, so I guess I'll have to do that myself or find another place to get that done. At lease I know where to get a spring-compressor rented for free. But I'm worried I may get to a point half-way through and realize that I need another set of hands...
Hopefully the weather will be good this weekend and plenty of the neighbors will be out and about (and hopefully curious :biggrin1::biggrin1::biggrin1.
