Aux OEM Light Switch 2005 Tundra? FOUND!

Does anyone know where I can get an OEM looking switch that will fit the knockout below the radio console on the DC 05 Tundra? (Possibly from a Sequoia) Also, any pictures of the switches that are there in the Sequoia that I might be able to use would be great. I am planning to add 3 driving lights on the front of my Tundra, and would like an OEM looking switch to control them (the knockout is not the oval switch that some Tundra's have.)

Thanks!

The 06-07 Sequoia's have the four panel blank switch plate. I am looking to buy one when I start adding some additional lights to my 04 D/C. You have to buy the plate and the four blank plates seperately.
Found the switch below, made for a Tacoma, will order tonight. Hopefully it will fit :)

Well, the switch arrived today, fits perfectly in my Tundra dash (after some slight modifications to the switch)

Will soon be connected to 2 driving lights and 1 pencil beam light. Part numbers are as follows (from a 2005 Tacoma):

Switch: 84160-04010 ($36)
Connector: 90980-11090 ($3)
Pins (order 4): 82998-12340 ($4 ea)

It is a little far away to push when driving, but I will leave it on all the time (so the lights automatically come on with the high beams)

The switch was "Keyed" for a different opening, so I had to shave off (I actually melted them off with a special soldering iron "bit") the keys, after that the switch fit perfectly. You can see where I melted the plastic, it's the rough areas on the left hand side.

And here's how to wire it up (copied from toyota-4runner.org)

To Illuminate when lights are powered on:
[1] ground
[2] wired to [3], then wired to relay that is powering your lights
[3] wired to [4]
[4] power (usually from high beam circuit for driving lights)

To Illuminate with dash lights (parking lamps)
[1] ground
[2] dash illumination wire (from another switch, rear of radio, etc)
[3] power (usually from high beam circuit for driving lights)
[4] wired to relay that is powering your lights

I thought about getting the sequoia panel, but it would not be possible to install OEM switches in part of it. Behind that big "gum holder" on the Tundra panel is a heating duct going to the rear of the truck.
Good job man, looks bitchin :tu:
Also have another question, I might start another thread but I figured I would try here first.

I plan on upgrading the driving lights to hid eventually. Of course HID consists of the bulb, and the ballast/ignitor. Now since these are on a light bar, is it ok to extent the wires between the bulb and the ballast so I can stick the ballasts behind the bumper, and neatly route the wires up to the light bar? Or is the ballast "tuned" to a certain length of wire? I would only be extending it 6 to 12 inches I'm thinking, depending on how long the kit's wires are.

No problem extending the wires. Actually, HIDs require less AMPS (more Volts) so extending the wire wont be a problem.
Thanks

Right now I will just keep the 130 watt bulbs in them. Later on I'll add the HID kits. I just needed to know because it will affect how I run the wires.

Ordered the randy ellis designs light bar, they just got some black ones in stock, they will ship it out on Monday, can't wait for it to arrive. I will post pics when everythings done!
created new thread just for lights and randy ellis designs light bar :)

Could anyone get me the part number for the 4 switch plate for the Sequoia? I have an 04 Sequoia that has a tray where this switch plate goes and I wanted to add additional switches below the climate controls.

Thanks!
