I just got everything pressed back on to my left side axle after almost a week of having the truck apart. Had gear oil in the brake drum. 173xxx miles and had the factory bearing still so I got all new parts straight from Toyota. I put it back together exactly as it came apart and I now have a problem. Putting it back in it doesn’t make sense. The inner “bearing spacer” as they call it doesn’t even touch the inner seal. The inner seal is the diameter of the press on bearing spacer, not the diameter of the axle shaft surface so what did I do wrong and/or get wrong?

From the hub side of the axle it goes, bearing/spacer/C clip/tone ring/spacer.

Also, the tone ring is further toward the hub not directly below the sensor. If anyone has any answers I would appreciate it I’m really trying to get this thing back on the road today.
