My Bluetooth ~ Blackberry Pearl works great in my new 07 Camry XLE (without NAV) but turning off the Bluetooth using the on-off switches on the steering wheel does not work.

Any suggestion?

My owners manual doesn't say they should work.

Mine does: turn off by pressing the "on-hook" button and turn on by pressing on "off-hook".

Ho hum.

Your phone is still connected to the car wirelessly.

You just hang up/pick up the call by using those buttons.

To disconnect the phone from the car, you can unpower the bluetooth connection from the phone or if the phone is only temporarily connected, by turning the car off.
