Just wondering if any of yall have had the brake light stay on and if yall know what could be causing it to stay on and turn off when ever it wants. The brakes still seem fine although I do need to adjust my parking brake because it wont seem to hold the truck anymore, this could be due to the burnouts I have done. Any info on this would be great.

Is the parking brake pedal or switch loose? It could vibrate and turn on and off. The spring on the park brake pedal might not be pulling the pedal all the way up.

Check the brake fluid level. If the level is fine, it could be the stroke sensor on the brake booster. I had the brake light stay on on my 08 Sequoia and the dealer replaced the brake booster under warranty

Low brake fluid is certainly a possibility. Also check the switch at the top of the brake pedal. I have seen a few posts where those came loose or failed.
