I have a 2005 tundra sr5 and when almost to a complete stop my brake pedal will kick and I hear a quick revving noise under hood... anybody know what this could be or have a similar problem

I have had this happen on GM 4 wheel drives. It is the ABS system. Typically there are magnetic sensors on each wheel or hub. Sometimes these sensors build up with debris or perhaps one of the sensors was dislodged somewhat.
On the GM products, I have had to remove the wire and sensor, clean or wipe the debris or small metal pieces off of the head and clean any scale or rust off of the mating surface before you screw the sensor down. In these situations, the sensor still works at normal speed, but at very very slow speeds with the brakes applied, it senses that there is a problem and actuates the ABS system...
