Okay, the rear window hinge thingy has broken on both pop-out rear windows. This is on a '00 extended cab. Is there any fix for this or a replacement?

Thanks,
Chris

I used a small plastic tie to hold mine together. It sounds bad but it was free and I haven't had any problems with it.

I had just bought a pair myself, they went in fairly easily and work really well. Great product, great idea, and I won't have to replace them again. The dealer wanted $30. for the assembly on each side.

I have a set of trfytoy's replacement latches on my '01. They're high quality merchandise, fit perfectly and should outlast the truck.

I too have a set from trfytoy. Real easy to put in and haven't had a problem since.

I agree, very good product. I just put mine in a couple of months ago after
going about five years with one of them broken. It could still latch but
if opened it didn't hold the window in place. This is probably the first item
to break on the 1-Gen Tundras, especially if you have children :D.
