So it looks like my "piggyback ECU" for the supercharger is busted. Can anyone suggest options to replace this? I've read some about a unichip but have been warned that it they aren't all that great.Any thoughts are appreciated.....

How do you know your piggyback is not working? Are you lean at WOT? What is your AFR? Is your 9th injector working? How much timing is being pulled? Knock sensors working?
Unichip is the only piggyback that would work as a PnP, but i highly reccomend getting it dyno tuned to be safe, so any tuned piggyback will work.
You could also re-solder all the joints on the TRD. Unless there is a burned chip on it, the most likely problem with electronics is broken solder connections
