I think they are all behind the glove compartment where the blower should be.

No I don't think the Tundras come with air filters.

I looked behind my glove box of my 06 Tundra and I don't see any place...my 05 Taco had a place for one though...now why in the heck would Toyota not put that on all of their vehicles??

There is no in-cabin filter for any year or model Tundra thru 2006.
