I'm doing the first timing belt on my 2000 with a 4.7. The cam and crank seal are not leaking. Should I change those out or leave well enough alone ?

I forgot to say it has 207,000 miles

I did on mine at 190k. Just make sure you use a good quality seal AND only drive it in as far as the originals (take note prior to removing). Very cheap and easy to do.

When I took the the balancer off the crank seal was leaking a little so I did replace it and the cam seals

Good call, leaking or not.
I was just mulling a new starter in with my upcoming T Belt change.
It's a long way back in once the TB job is completed...
Everything else go well?

It went ok. I didn't have a pin wrench to hold the cam sprocket so I had to make something. I was able to use the same tool the crank also
