Hi,

I've got a 2017 4.6 double cab with 4wd. The truck does not have any fancy towing packages. I'm looking to tow a 20 foot flatbed trailer that weights around 2000lbs, and a boat which weights around 3000lbs for a total of 5000lbs.

It looks like my truck can tow up to 6,400lb . I should be ok right? This is for a 400mile trip on mostly highways, no mountain passes or any sketchy roads. This will be by far the heaviest thing I've towed yet.

Me and a family member towed a Good sized 60hp Kubota with bucket and seed thrower on a 26' wood bed trailer with a 2017 1794 Tundra. No problem going 75mph.
