I have a Cobra with all the controls on the Mic and the small box mounted under the cup holders in the console.
I would have to take a couple pics tomorrow.

I mounted the this Cobra unit and it works great. You can mount the plug to the dash for easy access in case you wanted to unplug it, or mount it so that it plugs in under the passenger or drivers seat. Here is the link:

That`s the one, I have the same unit and my box is mounted inside the console under the cup holders....6 speed not the auto...not enough room with the ebrake cables
