My 2002 Tundra has 140,000 trouble free miles on it.
I have used Mobil 1 since the first oil change.
My dealer keeps telling me I need to replace my timing belt.
I'm of the opinion that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".
Should I replace the timing belt as he suggests?

Picking up my father's 2002 Tundra 4.7 next week to take over and found out he has been driving it around for 2 years with the knock sensor faulty code/check engine light... Will there be any damage as a result? I do not want to walk into an issue.... Plan on replacing it as soon as I pick...
Happy to be part of this forum. I just bought my buddies 2006 Toyota Tundra DC SR5. He is the original owner. It has 170,000 miles on it. He has kept up with everything except a transmission service. He was advised when buying it that it is sealed so he never worried about it...
I have an 02 tundra check engine light came on checked for code it was for 02 sensor changed all four sensors reset code a week later it threw the same code sensor 1 bank 2 burning lean.
Any suggestions for the problem would be much appreciated.
