Most likely one of your upstream 02 sensors bit the dust and is causing problems with the other and they just need to be replaced. I always replace them as a set for the upstream sensors so it will keep the two bank's fuel trims as close as possible. I consider them tune up items at 150-200k and have seen as much as 2mpg gain in a very high mileage neglected engine by just doing that.
