2005 Tundra Dbl Cab Limited: jba long tube headers, 2.5" X-pipe dual exhaust

I'm at a crossroads with my 2005 dbl cab. Either I spend around $5000 to replace the exhaust and install a supercharger, or I buy a 2nd gen rollover and swap the powertrain into my 1st gen. I THINK thatvwould cost me arpund $8000.
I can buy a 2016 rollover for $5000. The 2nd gen wheelbase is 5" longer than the 1st gen, that's an easy obstacle to overcome. The trucks ars the same width.
Seems to me that the swap would be relatively straightforward. I'd transfer everything, engine, transmossion, axles, ecu etc.
Any advise?
