Each set includes:

2ea spacer blocks, 1" thick 6061 aluminum

4ea M10-1.25 X 50mm, Grade 10.9 bolts, YellowZinc
4ea Grade 8 washers, YellowZinc or ArmorCoat
Priority US shipping (contact me if you want international shipping)

The details:
The kit was designed by me.
The material of the block is 6061 alloy and will never rust.

The custom parts are machined by a reputable local machine shop.
Hardware is from Fastenal.
Shipping is by USPS priority mail.

These blocks fit between your current swaybar bracket and the frame to effectively drop your swaybar mount by 1". To install is fairly simple.

1. remove the sway bar bracket, save the OEM nuts.
2. remove the welded stud from the bracket. There are multiple ways to get this done, here are a few.
IMG_3550 (Small).JPG
--Method1: tighten the bracket in a vise, then hammer down on the stud until the 3 spot welds break (this is what I did)
--Method2: place the stud backing into a large socket, then hammer down on the stud, or use an arbor press to break the spot welds.
--Method3: place the bracket on its side, use a chisel to break the three spot welds of the stud.
3. (optional) clean the bracket, paint it if you want, add a grease zerk, replace the rubber with polyurethane... the bracket is your oyster.
4. place the spacer block between the frame and the bracket
5. insert new 50mm bolts and washers from the frame side
6. one bolt goes to the welded nut, the other will reuse the OEM nut
7. tighten the hardware, go for a drive!

Please note the quality of your spacer blocks will be much higher than the ones in the photo. Those were made by me in my garage. Yours are being made by a professional machinist on a CNC.

New here and sorry for the newbie question. I have read this thread and if I understand correctly, these blocks have been created to return the functionality of the swaybar for those who have installed a lift/leveling kit. If this is correct, I'm in for a set. Thanks for taking this on, Tundradrenalin!

Correct. Restores functionality of the sway bar and relieves stress on the end-links due to front suspension lift.

Come on guys... We need a half dozen more people and I'll front the rest to begin machining. Then I'll just hold a small "inventory" until they get sold.

Thanks!

any reason why i cant use longer bolts?
With the blocks in place, you must use longer bolts. And they're supplied in this kit.

I meant longer bolts from the top down like how it was done from the factory so I dont have to break the welded on nuts off? or is there a reason for the way you have it done

Ok I follow you now.

The factory has a welded stud on one side of the bracket that attached to a loose nut (you reuse the nut) and a welded nut on the other side that attaches to a loose bolt. It's a way Toyota pokayokes it so it only installs on it's correct side.

You have to remove those studs because they won't reach up to the nut on the frame side.

These will work on the 1st Gen Sequoias also right. If so, put me on the list. Let me know how to pay.
