where is this liquid coming from?
looks almost like the cap on the coolant expansion tank is putting the coolant onto the top of the cap.
Anyone ever seen this?
the leak looks like its from where the vent hole is on the other side from where the radiator line comes in

I've seen similar coolant seepage around my expansion tank cap. Tracked it down to coolant seeping around the hose and cap fitting. Toyota relies on a friction fit between the rubber hose and the barbed fitting on the expansion tank cap. Over time, the rubber hose swells and the friction fit loosens allowing coolant to seep thru. You can either replace the rubber hose or do what I did. Buy a small hose clamp to tighten the connection. No more seepage!

I have installed a hose clamp- looks ugly tho - need one of those circular wire clamps but cant find one that small.
Toyotas hose design, mine runs over space with no support is a loser
