Mine has a very small leak at the overflow pipe connection by the cap. I get a pink crusty stuff there.

I fixed that one by using new tubing and a hose clamp

I wonder if your water pump is going and you have a small amount coming out the weep hole?

I do not know if you can. It is driven by the timing belt. Passenger side.
