Yes they do, but you need Tundra rotors as well. I have done the upgrade on my 2001 4Runner and it stops a lot better now. If you don't get any offers on here try posting them on Yotatech.
Do tundra calipers fit 4runner
I have a tundra and just took the S13WE calipers off to upgrade. I have heard that some 4runner owners have upgraded to S13WE tundra calipers for better braking. If this is so please let me know. I would gladly sell the calipers for a reasonable price, they are in great shape and do not leak.
