For those waiting for a stereo dash adaptor...
I called Scosche today, they say their DD adapter is due out in May. I place more confidence in this than on Metra.(no definete date) Usually the Scosche adaptors are more robust anyway. I am curious as to how they are going to duplicate that finish. It probably will require a body shop paint job in gloss black.

Thanks for the update! I'm really looking forward to taking out this JBL. I would hope that they ship it with the piano black finish, but if not I'm sure other manufactuers will soon be making plenty of aftermarket audio accesories.

Actually I noticed on the Scosche site, that they have the factory type finishes on other Toyota dash kits, and the dash kit for one of their Ford kits was a dead on match with a shinny finish. They have a perfectly matched kit for an 07 Tacoma like my neighbors with the silver finish, so hopefully they will have no problems coming out with the paino black finish for us.
