Can someone tell me what this DR rear brace is and am guessing it is to drace the rear frame better if so were can i get one ?

LOL heres my proble i seen it on someone sig on here and they have yet to get back to me too tewll me more about it soo all i know about it is dr rear brace... am at a lose also
