Wow. Lots of shows mentioned, bringing back some memories.

When I was home sick from school, I would watch reruns of The Wild, Wild West and The Big Valley. Yes, I enjoy westerns to this day. Can't forget The High Chaparral, either. Yes, along with Gunsmoke and all the others. They find their way onto my TV to this day.

Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, Buck Rogers and other sic fi shows also have a habit of finding their way onto my TV. The remake of BSG was pretty good until the final season, when it seems they were reaching for ideas. Still prefer the original though. Is it acceptable for Firefly to be considered old at this point?

For cartoons, I hurried home in time to catch Speed Racer. I still collect Speed Racer stuff.

For comedies, nothing beats WKRP in Cincinnati for me.

I always liked James Garner ~ especially the old Maverick series. I watched some of the Rockford Files as well.
When I was really young we'd watch the cartoons after school and on the weekend.
Another of our favorites ~ The Beverly Hillbillies, Bonanza and Disneyland.
Who could forget Mister Ed the talking horse ! :)
Lots of really fun shows for kids way back when.
