Fender flares..

Looking for something smaller than the bushwacker or factory off-road type and considerably cheaper. Looking in the $100-$200 range. Is there any type of thin flare that will match the black paint and maybe have a chrome strip? Just something better than nothing on there. Or could I go with a chrome strip that could be adhered permanently? Any recommendations or sites I could check out?????
