I got the Ride Rite air bags to install on my 04 Tundra Ltd 4x4. I see that the install of the air bags is pretty much straight forward, what I would like to know is what have people done with the install of the compressor. Where have you mounted the compressor? Where did you install the switch / gauge in the cab? Photos would be great!

This might be a lot to ask for my first post but I appreciate the help.:ts:

Well I guess that no one has done this before?? If anyone in the future wants to know the Compress fits on the firewall passenger side just fine.

Now for another question??

The gauge has a light that will come on with the dash lights. Which wire or location is the best to tap into to power this light with the rest of the dash lights?

Sorry for the late reply, but you found the same place to mount your compressor that i am using - under the hood, pass. firewall.

As for the gauge light, I tapped into the illumination wire from the stereo.

Hope this helps,
Chris

Thanks for the reply. :ts: I will look for that wire, would you know what color it is? Or is it obvious? I was going to see if I could tie into the wire that comes out of the dimmer switch.

I see you are in Fullerton, I lived in Yorba Linda not that long ago...
