Front Brake Issues

I have a 2004 Tacoma PreRunner with about 65000 miles. I've had issues with the front brakes since I've had it. I've replaced the pads twice and the rotors once. Have a GREAT and trustworthy mechanic. The brakes squeak and sometimes vibrate, even after a brand new set of front brakes. I drive downhill every day so I know they wear out a little faster than normal, but I'm concerned there is a bigger issue that we are not aware of. The other day we were taking a heavy load to the dump and the brakes were actually smoking, and this was only a couple of weeks after the new brakes in front!

Anyone else know of, or is having issue with front brakes?

We have a 2004 PreRunner and have issues also. The front end shudders under heavy braking. I replaced the pads and turned the rotors, felt okay for a few thousand miles, and it came back. I put brand new rotors and new ceramic pads, it felt okay for a few thousand miles and its back again. Behaves like a warped rotor, but I simply cant believe those two new rotors got tweaked just that fast.

Im gonna pull a tire off tonight and put a dial indicator on the rotor, spin it and see if its still in spec. Ive read that if the rear drums/shoes arent working well that can causes issues so I may end up replacing those to rule that out. Thinking about flushing the brake fluid also to take that variable out of the equation also.
almost sounds like a frozen caliper but if it was, you wouldn't be able to put new pads on it...
We thought of that, but if a caliper was sticking it would pull either right or left, I doubt both would stick together in unison.
