I just completed my lift (will post pics soon), the only thing I didn't like was the spacer on the Front diff drop doesnt sit flush, I double checked everything and to the best of my knowledge it is the right kit, and installed exactly like the instructions indicated.

What do you think? Is this right?

I have the Fat Bob's Garage Diff drop on my truck and it looks very similar. I have not had any issues wih mine and I have about 12,000 miles on the setup to date.

If you're referring to the angle now present in the assembly, the rubber bushing should take care of the slop. I've been too lazy, too reluctant, or both, to remove mine and it's been on there for well over 50K miles, on and offroad, without any problems in the system.

I'm sorry for not being more specific. I was referring to the 1/2 inch sleeve above the spacer. I finally contacted someone at Toytec and they told me it is designed to fit that way. Thanks for commenting.

I can wash my truck and take pictures now. :D
