So I just swapped out the transmission in my Tundra for another.
I have a 2008 Tundra 5.7L w the tow package.
Now I also have a tranny w/ roughly 215,000 miles on it and hate to just scrap it, but I have no room for it.
The trouble codes that lead me to just change it out are:
P0752: Shift Solenoid ‘A’ Stuck On DTC Trouble Code
P0767: Shift Solenoid ‘D’ Stuck On DTC Trouble Code
The rationale behind it was that if you simply change those 2 things, something is bound to break in-line once the new solenoids are in and making like-brand-new pressure again.
Wondering if anyone in the greater Houston area would be interested in the transmission for the casing to do a remanufactured job on it or to use it as a core.
$100 (OBO), DM me, and arrange to pick it up all before 5:00pm tomorrow or I'll just let it go to scrap.
