Hi.
The reason I joined is to read the comments on a realtime mile per gallon sensor. I'm looking for a gasoline flow measureing device for carbureted engines. If I had that, I could build the rest.
Do you know of any?
Thanks
Rick

You can buy fuel flow measuring systems for boats. They measure in GPH or LPH not MPG, however. I know that Floscan and Navman are two manufacturers of such systems.

Check out these links.......

The problem with these may be that boats typically use a whole bunch more fuel than cars/trucks.
This one when integrated with GPS data will give fuel economy numbers.
