Well about a month or two ago my rav4 started getting worst mpg so i change the oil, check tire psi, and clean the air filter ( K&N air filter ) and still gets bad mpg about 1/4 tank for 50-60 miles, so i'm wondering if i need to change spark plugs? and how would i go about doing that on this v6 remove the intake manifold?

Try seafoaming the engine. I did it to my tundra and Have gained back some lost mpgs. Last I checked our spark plugs are good till 100k miles. Changing the spark requires you to get a deep socket meant with a rubber insert inside to help grab the spark plugs and putting it back in. Torque wrench will be helpful as well, since the spark plugs require very little torque around 15ish.
