Driveshaft lube - Grease Gun/Zerk Tips recommendations

I got a '10 4x4 DC 4.6L earlier in the year.

I just completed my first oil change a month back and now ready to tackle greasing up the propeller shaft. Anyone recommend a grease gun and tips to make the job easier? This will be my first time greasing up the drive shaft of any car. Also, after searching these forums, I assume any Moly grease will do the trick? Any tips / recommendations will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Just ask the dealer to do it when you go back for another oil change :)

A good quality grease will be just fine. I use synthetics.
The hardest part (unless you have a hoist) is getting the drive-shaft in a position so you can access the zirk on the drive shaft yoke. I usually have to move the truck forward or backward, get out and check the position of the drive shaft, go back and move it again a couple times.
I like to grease it about every 5K miles. A grease gun with a flexible business end will help!
