I got pulled over for having my Driving Lights and running lights on. I was on I-71 (Ohio) there was snow coming down and I could see better with out the headlights reflecting back at me from the snow. I was told Headlights must be on as well as the Driving lights. This negates the mod I did to have them on with out the headlights.

Anyway I thought maybe I could put a dimmer switch on the headlights so I could dim them enough to not reflect back but still be on somewhat to avoid a ticket. He just said headlights had to be on he said nothing about how bright.

Anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

yeah its never legal to drive w/o headlights at night. as suggested, aim them down some if they are causing an issue. they shouldnt be able to reflect back at you anyway. and techincally u cant alter the light output anyway by fed requirements so if they wanted to they could still pull you over for that.
