I’m original owner of a 2006 Double Cab 4.7l. It’s been fantastic for 130k until beginning of this year. Latest problem is headlights won’t turn on. I’ve troubleshot it with no success having replaced the light switch stalk, relay, fuses, bulbs, and even the body control module.
If i jumper the relay they come on. All other DRL, Parking lights and Dash dimming work fine. I have found only two 15 amp fuses in series with the relay in the under hood box1 the second box is labeled for 10 amp HL fuses but there are no wires/contacts there (blank).
I tested OEM relay and with external power it closes, but not installed, so I replaced it anyways as what $15 after 15 hours wasted. There is power at both terminals on battery side of fuse box to the relay. No signs of any rodent chew on wiring I can see. WTF????

Narrowed it down to possibly the Integration Relay in the driver side fuse block. Is that a part that can be purchased? Don’t see any listing on major sites.
