I am looking at a new 07 Tundra but find it hard to shell out almost 6 grand for the Limited to get leather. Does the TRD have the wiring in place for heated seats if I were to go with after market leather seats?

I can't confirm that it has the wiring in place, but I would suspect so. Several of the blanks on the dash for options actually have the wiring connections attached to the back of the blank (some are truly blank).

My truck did not come with fog lights, but the wiring harness leads for the fog lamps are there, just taped to keep them rattling around.

The fuse and/or relay for options not on your particular truck may be missing, but the wiring and the place in the fuse box is still there. (My fog lamp fuse was there, but the relay that switches them wasn't. But there was a spot for it, connected to the wiring harness.)

There are two blanks on the dash (left and right seat warmer), ask your dealer to pull one of those to see if the wiring is there.
