2006 Double Cab 4wd. Already have spacer lift in front and blocks in back. We are getting ready to purchase a travel trailer and would like to firm up the rear. For less than $100 the ez990 hellwig helpers seem to be the ticket. Are there any issues with using these with blocks? Also, do they provide any lift to were I could just take the blocks out? Thanks...

I tried those and didn't feel they helped much as for stiffening up the load. They did help a tad with axle wrap, but it's hardly noticeable. If you're willing to spend $100, just throw down a couple more Andrew Jacksons to get a 1.5" add-a-leaf and remove the blocks. And to save a few bucks, you should be able to reuse the U-bolts you currently have on there (although reusing U-bolts is not typically recommended).
