help i was welding rockers on my 2002 tundra and i heard a loud pop , got up and looked around ,didnt see any thing , finished the job , but now there is no start no spark guessing i poped the computer trying to find it to check if it might have a reset on it or visibly show a sign its bad . any other possibilities

I'm assuming you've checked all the fuses to verify none are blown.

No way to really tell with the computer unless you have a friend with a Tundra to swap it out.

If you were using an arc/mig welder I hope you disconnected the battery before welding on the rocker panels...if not that loud pop was probable something electronic being fried. In-line fuses being blown is a possibility as well.
