I recently installed bilstein 5100's on the front of my 4wd '07 Tundra and have them on the highest setting to level my truck. I also installed a toytec diff drop kit at the same time. Now i'm getting a clunking noise from the passenger side front area only when I hit a significant bump in the road. Everything is tight, can't find anything wrong.

One question I have though is, from under the truck if you grab the cv shaft where it enters the differential the black metal part, and shake it, should it have some slight movement to it? Both sides do this but the truck still engages into 4wd with no problems? This noise has me stumped as it wasn't there before the install. Before the 5100's I had the top gunz leveling kit on for 15k miles or so with no problems but decided to upgrade a little for a little better ride.

That sounds like a "take it to the shop" problem. Time for a professional. Sorry man.
