Hey all I drive an 07 tundra dc and i'm having problems with my rack making a poping sound. About three months ago now I had the Icon coilovers installed on them, wow the ride is amazing. But now every time I turn right or left I get this loud poping sound under the left front fender. I took it back to the shop who installed it and he said it was no big deal till it gets unbearable. So should I replace my rack or just wait?

Thanks for the help!!

Is it binding? Might be loose?!?!?

Has fluid right? I'd get under there if I was you and double check. Maybe a brake line is hitting something?

My rack does the same thing... I have camburg LT kit everything is tight, fluid is topped off, and bushing fine. Weird that you have this problem I always thought because there was so much flex from my upper and lower uni-balls while I turn it would pull rack weird... But I guess this aint the case. Pretty sure no dealer is going warranty my front end...
