Hello, I have a 2016 Tundra with an odd sound coming from the front drivers side. It sounds like air escaping/hissing and gets really audible when braking. The sound goes completely away when turning left, but continues when turning the truck right. It comes on at about 15mph and can’t hear it at about 30mph due to louder engine and exhaust. The truck feels and drives completely fine otherwise. It is a 2016 platinum with no mods and only has 14k miles. Does anyone know what could be causing this noise?
I already made an appointment with the dealers service department.

Brake master cylinder or something along that line? If you do go to the dealer post back and say what the problem was would ya? You might be helping out someone else even if no one can help you now.

Hello, Thanks for the response. I will definitely keep this updated. I am currently driving it and have noticed that I can hear the sound a bit quickly when I turn the wheel while stationary. And I can hear it most when braking such as for a stop sign. You can’t hear it unless the window is down. I will try and get a recording of it so I can also show the technician.

That sounds like minor brake drag to me. How are your pads? Do you have wear warning tabs on them? This sounds like a wear tab just barely starting to touch the rotor to me.
