I have a 03 Tundra with sway a way coilovers and 285/75/16 tires. I am running stock upper arms and ball joints. How do I know if my ball joints are bad? I don't offroad. I only drive on city streets. Discuss...

Thanks.

How about jack up LCA place big bar under tire and rock it? (only has to go up high enough to clear the bar.) Have friend look under for movement there.
May want to use a jack stand or other safety precautions as required.

You can jack it up and check for excessive play at 12 and 6 o'clock on the wheel.

yeah jack it up and rock it back and forth with one hand on top and the other on the bottom. It could be your wheel bearings too that are gone if the tire is rocking but the ball joints seem to be alright. Check for excessive tire wear as well.
