01 AC and 24" x10" kicker on the back wall. Driver side vent deleted, and had to bend some metal bars on the back of the seat. The biggest issue was bending the metal back as my amp is huge 24x10 but if someones amp is more like 20x10 then it will be piece of cake. I didn't even had to move the bottom of the seat forward with spacers.

I got kid car seat in the back. I agree its useless for adults, only kids fit there. I chose to go cheap way - home made box behind driver seat. Wish i had bucket seats in the front. I Don't need bench so i would have much mire storage and place for a sub.

vincas - what's up with that plastic bag mod?

This mod is called "Poor man's sub box carpet"

P.S. Box was made from sheet of 1/2 plywood one night when i got pissed on my better half and went outside to make the box at 10PM :D Then i figured i had no carpet to cover it, so i used Glad Forceflex bag  Works like a charm and cost me like 0.05$

I used two 1"x26"'1/8" aluminum stripes that i bought at Homeless Depot. And glued them to the back wall using liquid nails. I didnt wanted to drill any holes into the sheet metal so i simply glued the aluminum on. First mounted bolts on them that hold the amp in place, and when glue dries couple days later just put amp on and secure with nylon nuts.
