don't know how it is on the Sequoia, but my old 4Runner took about 2hrs for my Toyota tech friend to remove and replace. Had to lift vehicle, remove wheel, remove inner fender, etc. If the motor is salvageable and the plastic piece that pulls/push the antenna up is stuck in the motor, then it may take some time to remove that. Plus you may need an extra hand in feeding the new antenna plastic guide into motor.
