Interior scuff protection

Hey all. I have a new 2020 Tundra, my first full size Tundra. Last was an '06 DC. Was wondering what you folks have come up with, if anything, to protect these plastic door panels, glove box door and such from scuffs. Maybe a stick on 3M film or something?

I have a friend that can't seem to keep his feet away from my glove box door. And I've found that you have to open the driver and passenger doors pretty much full open to be able to swing you feet out without scuffing the lower door panels.
