I have the JBL system with Navigation and a BB Storm 2. I have limited success with playing Pandora Radio though the headphone input jack. THe sound seems to come and go. I thought disabling the blue tooth would solve the issue but it doesn't. I guess my next step is to run pandora though a laptop to see if the same issue happens. Anyone else tried this setup with success?

i dont have problem with my iphone+pandora on jbl nav.

I don't have the JBL but my Droid plays by the Bluetooth through the radio. Try it with out the cord just using your bluetooth.
