kayak carriers

I have a 2003 Tundra Access Cab with the off-road and towing equipment. I got it used from a family member. It has a hard, hinged cover over the bed and a slide-out platform in the bed. I use it to tow my camper.
I'm looking for a roof-rack system to carry a couple of kayaks with. I would also consider some kind of a over-bed, over-cab thing like contractors use or a trailer hitch and single roof rail system, but I have to be able to tow my camper at the same time.
Any suggestions or recommendations?
