Hey first off this is my first tundra and I'm looking into lift kit. First off I shy away from blocks. I don't want to I just don't trust them so that being said I like a true suspension lift. That being said I know for even a leveling kit you need to drop the cv down. I'm looking to lift my truck 3.5 to four inches. What kits are available without blocks or spacers and what else needs to be done like dropping the cv down.

anything over 2.5-3 inches in the front is going to cause problems with lots of things. a uni ball will get you 3 inches up front but the cv will hate you.

if your looking for 4 inches then you need a tuff country drop bracket lift, but they are expensive.

search around on here the best you can for info on lifts. alot of guys like the bilstein 5100 shocks to get up to 2.5 inches and you can use an AAL in the rear and not a block.
