A few years back my truck had a rough idle where it would just from 500 back up to 700 then back down without stalling had the throttle body blow up after trying to clean and regrease the fly by wire system. Ended up putting a used throttle body in problem persisted and ended up taking it to a mechanic who replaced the MAF with no improvement they said rough idle was normal. I moved north and have been dealing with a few days of negative temps here, after running the truck at 70 mph for an extended period of time when I stop at a light and idle drops my oil pressure gets extremely low my friend said it could be the IAC and we might be able to clean it but idk if I’m on the right track throttle body and MAF have been cleaned recently with no codes

Don't sweat the oil pressure, it's normal. I was a bit panicked when I first got my Tundra. Take a look on craigslist/or wherever for 1st gen tundras, find the picture of the cluster... one warmed up at idle... in evey single one you will see the oil pressure gauge right where yours is. Ide check all the intake routing post MAF, also not all MAFs are created equal so if you can, check the input it's giving the ECM and see if it's in spec. Another item to check the ohms/resistance on is the throttle actuator motor.
Disclaimer: I'm just an amateur trying to help, and these are no cost quick things to check(y)

Or maybe just use the search function on this site, realize that low readings on gen 1's is hugely common and very good chance that needle reading has absolutely nothing to do with any codes at all.

I'd say 60% of the time it works every time. And illegal in 9 countries.

Yea, my 2003 Sequoia did this. A mechanic told me it was normal so I never worried about it. In 12 years I never had an engine problem.

I had a sporadic oil pressure drop to low/zero at stops in my 2004 sequoia
I changed the oil filter thinking the check valve may have gone bad (rare but it can happen).
The oil pressure at idle showed normal again.

I run the Mobil1 M1-301A oil filter, its larger than stock, has more surface area and maintains higher oil pressure when first installed and throughout its service life. Larger filter adds about 1/3 of a quart capacity to the oil as well. Image shown for comparison and on-engine comparison photos. Hope this helps
