Don't sweat the oil pressure, it's normal. I was a bit panicked when I first got my Tundra. Take a look on craigslist/or wherever for 1st gen tundras, find the picture of the cluster... one warmed up at idle... in evey single one you will see the oil pressure gauge right where yours is. Ide check all the intake routing post MAF, also not all MAFs are created equal so if you can, check the input it's giving the ECM and see if it's in spec. Another item to check the ohms/resistance on is the throttle actuator motor.
